1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unworn and unused

Unwashed and undamaged

With all original tags and packaging attached

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, or earrings (unless faulty)

2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us with:

Your order number

The item(s) you want to return

The reason for the return
We will reply with instructions and the return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but usually take 5–10 business days after we issue the refund.
5. Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the item and the packaging

Your order number
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
7. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Final sale / clearance items

Gift cards

Items returned without tags, used, washed, or in poor condition
